This quotation is as just humorous as Rogers’ was, but it contains a true fact, that almost law students and young lawyers, nowadays, bypass the art of writing and go straight to their thought, this reality, the bad legal writing is no laughing matter. As an attorney, excessive spelling errors, bad grammar and poor organization can make the court lose patient and dismiss complaint. As a counsellor, will it have worth if the advices for clients are fruitless? Therefore, in the scope of these series, I will show you how to improve writing skills and how to practice it in daily life.
